The SLA Contract provides is great for customers who do not feel their support needs will be high but still want the comfort of knowing they have a guaranteed response time and 24x7 coverage. This version is billed monthly.

The SLA provides the following services:

  • Service Level Agreement
  • 24x7 Response
  • Immunity to emergency rates
  • Hourly rates still apply
  • Costs are enterprise wide

To finalize support, you must:

  1. Download the Services agreement. (if new client)
  2. Download the SLA addendum (at the bottom of this page)
  3. Sign and return the documents in full via (pick one):
