The SLA Contract provides is great for customers who do not feel their support needs will be high but still want the comfort of knowing they have a guaranteed response time and 24x7 coverage. This version is billed monthly.
The SLA provides the following services:
- Service Level Agreement
- 24x7 Response
- Immunity to emergency rates
- Hourly rates still apply
- Costs are enterprise wide
To finalize support, you must:
- Download the Services agreement. (if new client)
- Download the SLA addendum (at the bottom of this page)
